Have A Sparkly Beaverbrooks Christmas

Beaverbrooks, the family run jewellers has some sparkly, pretty and downright beautiful gifts for Christmas this year.

 They have special limited edition gift boxes with some gorgeous jewellery on their site and at a bargain price too. The set I was offered to review below had a sparkly rose necklace, stretchy sliver bracelet and glamourous drop earrings.




What I loved first about opening the box is that it was carefully packaged - full of tissue and sparkly stars to add a WOW touch. All the jewellery was also placed in little black velvet pouches within the box. But enough about the packaging lets get onto the jewellery ...



Cubic Zirconia Flower Pendant £80 when bought individually

For me the stand out piece was the rose flower pendant. The cubic zirconia encrusted pendant is certainly a feminine and pretty item that would add that glamour to a Christmas party dress.  The chain is gorgeous too, a quite substantial curb chain that sets off the pendant beautifully.


Silver Sparkle Cut Loop Drop Earrings £45 when bought individually

The sparkle cut loop earrings I thought were incredible value for money as well as being a pretty edition to any party girls wardrobe. They catch the light as you move and shimmer beautifully.



Sterling Silver Cubic Zirconia Bead Bracelet £50 when bought individually

Whilst slightly more understated the bracelet included is stretchy, cute and the bead adds a touch of sparkle. I think this piece is slightly more versatile, you could wear this item both night and day.

For what your pay, this gift box is a snip and for just under £100 you get lovely silver jewellery that is superb value for money.

Get Summer Ready With Beaverbrooks

Beaverbrooks the jeweller, is celebrating its 95th birthday this year. To mark this occasion they have created some gorgeous summer pieces influenced by the catwalk trends. Importantly they are very realistically priced as well, the majority being silver and gold plated and inlaid with cubic zirconia - giving the look of diamonds without the price!

 Many pieces are rose gold plated. I am a big fan of rose gold. The pretty hue adds a warmth to most skin tones and looks fantastic with a summer tan.

The beautiful rose gold plated and cubic zirconia flower pendant above is priced at only £80 and is also available in silver. Transforming any outfit to make a Wow statement, it certainly adds a touch of luxury to any wardrobe.


 The cubic zirconia stones add glamour and sparkle to the asymmetrical design and a matching statement ring is available in the same rich tones.

Beaverbrooks also have a range of new catwalk inspired cuffs, in a strictly limited edition run. Only 75 of these exclusive cuffs have been made, and each one has been lovingly designed by an Italian designer exclusively for Beaverbrooks.

As you can see the designs are fluid, wearable but slightly unusually, almost organic in their design. A perfect addition to a special occasion outfit, a cuff like this will certainly make you stand out from the crowd, whether a guest at a wedding, garden party, birthday party or graduation.
This stunning cuff above reminds me of the vines you see in nature and is exquisitely made as you can see. In a warm yellow tone I can imagine wearing this out for a meal or cocktails and would be perfect on holiday whether you are in Dubai or Dublin, Manchester or Miami.

Beaverbrooks For Mother's Day - Giveaway And Review Ends 21/04/14

I love supporting family run businesses as they really care for their staff and their customers. Did you know that Beaverbrooks, the jewellery chain started out as a family run business 95 years ago? No, neither did I!


From humble beginnings they have grown to over 65 stores nationwide yet they still care about their staff, being voted top 100 companies to work for in 2013 in the Sunday Times.

But that's enough about the company you may say, what about the jewellery?

 Beaverbrooks sell a wide range of jewellery from Tresor Paris earrings from £14 to diamond rings for thousands of pounds. All the well known jewellery and watch brands are here from Links of London to Michael Kors, Thomas Sabo to Omega. It's certainly a feast for the eyes. 

 They also do a range of their own well priced jewellery such as the Talisman range. Crafted in sterling silver or rose gold plate this range is based on Talismans which are objects thought to bring you good luck or protect you from harm. Wishbone, feather and key pendants are their top designs in this range, stunning jewellery that convey deeper meanings.

Beaverbrooks have sent me another of their own range jewellery pieces, a pretty rose gold on silver jewellery set to review and a pendant to giveaway to my readers.

The photos really don't do this set justice. The rose gold coloured hue, give this pretty pendant a warm glow. Sparkling cubic zirconia stud the bale and setting adding extra glamour. In the centre a white brilliant cut cubic zirconia brings the wow factor. This stunning set really looks glorious on and is fantastic value for money. I must admit, I'm a big fan of rose gold, it is very flattering on most skin tones, and rose gold plate is so affordable too.
