Your garden is a great place to spend time and to try and make yours, and probably a very important part of your home too. If you want to get even more out of it, there are a lot of ways you might be able to do that, and one of them is probably to make sure that you are bringing as much love as possible into that space. As it turns out, this is relatively easy to do, and there are a lot of things you can think about when it comes to this. Let’s take a look and see what you might want to consider here.
Start With What You Have
It’s generally going to be wise to start with what you already have, as that is the best approach to take on the whole. Love is not something you add so much as something you uncover, so it’s vital to make sure that you are aware of this, that you are doing everything you can to make the most of it. Notice the plants that return every year despite the harsh weather, the volunteer seedlings that pop up in expected corners, and so on. All of these are part of what you can work with.
Add Memories
If you like, you can work to make your garden a memorable space, and this is something that can help to make it so much more meaningful on the whole. There are a lot of ways to do this. It could mean adding in some commemorative benches of people you have loved. Or it could be that you find some other way to make the garden a bit of a shrine. However you do it, this is the kind of thing that will lift it up and into the personal in a really important way.
Plant With Intention
Choose a few things that really carry meaning, and consider planting those first and foremost. That could mean it’s flowers from your parents' garden, herbs you use in meals shared with friends, or really anything that means something to you. If you plant with intention in this way, you are going to find that you are much more likely to have a garden that really works for you, and this is the kind of thing that you are going to want to consider for sure. It’s going to be so much more full of love overall.
Make Space For Other People
A garden will always become more loving when it’s shared. Set up a bench where someone can sit while you prune. Invite a friend to take cuttings. These are the kinds of things that can really help when it comes to making sure that your garden is actually full of love, and it’s amazing how much of a difference it can make. If you can do that, you’ll find that you are much more likely to have a lot of love going on.
