Help Me Kick Start a Diet

I love nice things in life and I love my food and eating out, I love cakes, desserts, pizza, chips, donuts, did I say cakes...




I have one problem, although I do exercise I go to Zumba once or twice a week  I need to shift at least a stone to look good on the beach for my holiday in June next year

So I want to know lovely readers, what are your tips on losing weight?

1) Have you joined a weight loss club or have you lost weight by doing it yourself?

2) What foods do you find filling and low calorie?

3) Any snacks that have saved you from failure?

4) How have you built eating out into your diet?

Inspire me! Over to you...

  1. Joined Rosemary Conley last week 1200 calls for 2 wks no al hook then 1400 for the next few weeks.Lost 2 1/2 lbs 1 st week have 9 to go

  2. Have you thought about purchasing a treadmill? I find the treadmill really addictive. Anyway, I wouldn't worry to much if I were you as you always look gorgeous in all your pics. xxx

    1. Aw thats very kind of you but my spare tyres are getting to be two spare tyres lol. I don't really have much space for a treadmill but I def need to up the exercise

  3. i went to slimming world, the idea of people being there when i was weighed made me do it, lost over a stone but sure will achieve your aim no matter how you do it, good luck.xx

  4. You have 12 weeks Mel at just a pound per week you would have lost almost a stone! My inspiration was seeing a photo of me in a dress and I looked like a huge peach! Perhaps dig out pics that you don't like and stick them inside cupboards etc it worked for me nearly 2 stone now gone! X

  5. I've just started Jenny Craig, 3 lbs off in the first week. But it's hard when you've got family to feed.

  6. I found the slim pod good, which is basically a cd you listen to before you go to bed. I lost about half a stone with that recently

  7. My only tip would be not to deny yourself anything as I always find that I crave something more if I can't have it. I try to eat healthy meals and then the odd bit of chocolate or slice of cake doesn't make that much difference. And reducing portion size is always good. Good luck :)
